ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00 PM
In case of arrival after 21:00. guests must inform the hotel reception.

Check out is from 07:30 AM.
The day of departure the room must be vacated by 10 AM

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

In case of cancellation, notified by phone or by mail at least 72 hours (3 days) before the day of arrival, there will be no charge.
In case of cancellation, notified by phone or by mail from 3 days to 24 hours of arrival, the 50% of the first night will be charged.
In case of cancellation, notified by phone or by mail on the day of arrival (or if the cancellation is not communicated) the hotel is entitled to withdraw from the credit card the amount corresponding to the first night.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

The reservation must be confirmed with the deposit of the 40% of the total amount of the booked rooms. In case of cancellation later than 7 days before the arrival, we will charge the full cost of the first night.
